Customers can return your item(s) if:
- Bosiee delivers wrong product(s)
- Any errors that made by the manufacturer
If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Bosiee, you can return your item(s) as follows:
- Drop us an email at [email protected] to get the instruction for return. Please be noted that we could only send you a refund when the item is returned to the right address. We have so many factories and we will send you the return address in the email.
- Purchased items can be returned within 30 days from the day you receive your order.
- You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
- Please be advised that all returns must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new).
- Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
There are certain situations we shall not accept return or refund:
- The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
- The serial order number of the Product, as applicable, does not match Bosiee’s records;
- There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
- The gifts accompanying the purchased products have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect; or
- Bosiee is detected that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be refunded the full amount of the PURCHASED ITEM, not your original shipping fee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed successfully and receive the full refund. Please drop us an email at [email protected]
ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address the problem with the United States Postal Service or your country's Post Office.
Bosiee does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered and we do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
With that being said, please always check with neighbors and family members if your items show delivered because over the years we have seen that 2 out of 3 times someone put the package away and did not let that person know.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow this instruction:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to [email protected].
Even though Bosiee sent exactly the size you have ordered, if you can not fit them, we are delighted to support you to get your true size only once time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
